FAQ'S
How do I get started?
1. The first thing you need to do is register a domain name/URL. You may do this with a BlingWebArt.com web hosting provider, or another domain registrar such as GoDaddy.com. If you already have a domain name, the web hosting provider you select will be happy to assist you with transferring the DNS, aka: Nameservers on your current domain so that they point to your new host.
2. Sign-up for web hosting from one of our approved web hosts. Please note that you will need to make sure that your hosting plan includes the shopping cart option as it is required for our templates to be installed.
3. Purchase your premade template at BlingWebArt.com. Once we receive your order and full payment, you will receive a customization questionnaire for the template you purchased via email. Once we receive your completed questionnaire, we will begin working on your customized proof. We provide electronic proofs for all designs purchased through our website. Please allow 5-8 business days for your customized proof to be prepared and ready for your review. A link to your proof will be emailed to you once it is ready. Once you approve the proof, we will then install the template within your approved web hosting account within 24 business hours.
4. The good news! You do not have to wait for your design to be installed start adding your content to your website. You can safely add pages, products, categories and text to your site as soon as you receive your welcome email from your web host.
What information do you need from me?
Before we can customize and install your site, we need the following information...
1.Your business name as you want it to appear on your website
2.Your slogan (optional)
3.Your welcome email from your hosting provider with your store admin and FTP login details.
How long does it take to install a premade template?
Please allow 5-8 business days(Monday through Friday) from when we receive your questionnaire and full payment for us to customize the template with your information and provide you with a customized proof. Upon approval of your proof will be installed within 24 hours.
Can you change the colors or text?
Yes! We can make color, font and text changes to any of our premade templates at an additional fee. Please select the appropriate option at checkout.
Can you insert my logo on one of your Premade templates?
Yes. The only thing I require is that your logo is emailed as high resolution image on a transparent background. I also require that your logo matches the template design that you are purchasing.
How do I use my Shopping Cart?
Each one of BlingWebArt.com approved web hosts have detailed tutorials available to assist you in this process. All of our approved web hosts are also available with support when you need it.
Communication - Phone/Email:
Since we are an online business, we prefer to communicate via email as it is the it is the fastest most effective way for us to correspond. Email allows us to keep an accurate record of the correspondence between both parties and eliminates any confusion regarding what was discussed.
Please note that phone support is not available for pre-made website designs, all support will be done via email. If you need support using your shopping cart please contact your web host.
Returns and Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our business there are no returns or exchanges for any reason. Our products are not "returnable" and no refunds will be issued. All sales are final. Please be sure of what you are purchasing before you checkout!
